Onion Confit with Raisins (80g)
Onions slowly cooked for a long time to give it a divine, soft and delicate flavour which brings out the sweetness of the onions. This is combined with raisins to give the confit more texture and bring extra sweetness to it. This is tremendous with foie gras, a pairing made in heaven.
Onions, honey, raisins, sunflower oil, vinegar (sulphites), salt, pepper, spices (ground pepper, cloves, nutmeg, dried ginger).
