These delicious sea bass rillettes are mixed with truffle for a wonderful luxurious flavour.
Seabass (fish) (63%), crème fraîche (milk), salt, summer truffle (Tuber Aestivium Vitt), pepper, gelling agent: agar agar, white truffle flavouring.
For best results, place in the fridge before to consume. Serve with French bread or mini toasts.
