
Basquaise Chicken with Espelette Pepper (380g)
An excellent chicken stew that is emblematic of the Basque region of France and incorporates Espelette Pepper (a variety of Capsicum annum that is cultivated in the Basque region). The pieces of chicken are cooked in a tasty sauce of tomatoes, aubergines, courgettes, onions, red and green peppers and of course the famous Espelette Pepper! Delicious with rice or mashed potato to soak up the flavoursome sauce.
One serving.
Chicken, water, tomato, aubergines, courgettes, red and green peppers, ham (pork), salt, dextrose, modified corn starch, sunflower oil, olive oil, sugar, garlic, pepper, potassium nitrate, Espelette pepper.

Pour into a saucepan, cover and warm on a low heat for 10 minutes.
