Coq au Vin with Corbières Wine (400g)
A French classic dish! Chicken braised with Corbières red wine, potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, onions, celery and leeks, with garlic, bay leaves and thyme.
Potatoes, chicken, red Corbières AOC wine (sulphites), water, carrots, mushrooms (sulphites), onions, pearl onions, modified starch, salt, red wine vinegar (sulphites), celery, leek, natural flavouring (soya), sunflower oil, garlic, sugar, pepper, bay leaves, thyme.
For best results, pour into a saucepan, cover and warm on a very low heat for 7 minutes whilst stirring regularly. Alternatively, pour into a microwave-safe dish and heat on full power for 3 minutes.
