
Délice d'Anchois - Anchovy Spread (80g)
A traditional culinary preparation from the South of France, Délice d'Anchois is a light spread with a powerful anchovy taste. This recipe is less salty than the classical ones, for a flavoursome and smooth finish in the mouth. Simply spread it on rustic bread or mini toasts, to which you can add raw vegetables such as celery, carrots, or cauliflower. A cool glass of rosé wine will make the perfect accompaniment!
