French Traditional Preparation of Pork Shank (360g)
A particularly good traditional French speciality of pork shank, that can be eaten hot with lentils and / or roast potatoes, or cold (solid with pork with jelly) wonderful with French bread and mustard.
Three or more servings.
Pork shank, water, pork gelatine, salt, pepper.
If served cold, place for an hour in the fridge before serving.
