This Guanaja bittersweet dark chocolate is made from a blend of grand cru beans all originating from the Caribbean, from the bean varieties Criollo and Trinitario.
As a chocolate, Guanaja has a 70% cocoa solid content, is bitter but moreish, with complex fruit, coffee, molasses, and floral notes.
Wonderful in chocolate mousse recipes, as a topping for your deserts or simply with a cup of coffee.
Cocoa beans from the Caribbean, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla extract.
May contain traces of egg, gluten, milk, soya and nuts.
