Lingot Beans Cooked in Goose Fat (780g)
Lingot beans are long and white beans that are traditionally grown in South West France, specifically for making cassoulet. These beans have been cooked slowly in goose fat and are delicious on their own, or can be used as an accompaniment to savoury dishes, for example duck confit and/or sausages.
No Additives, No Preservatives, Only Natural Ingredients.
Lingot beans, water, goose fat, tomato, salt, garlic, pepper.
For best results, pour into a saucepan, cover and warm on a very low heat for 10 minutes whilst stirring regularly. Alternatively, pour into a microwave-safe dish and heat on full power for 3 minutes.
