Made with 47.5% St Jacques Breton scallops from the Saint Brieuc bay in Brittany, these organic rillettes have both a generous and delicate flavour. The scallops are cooked in butter, with shallots and parsley for a divine flavour combination. Can be served on mini toasts, warm blinis or spread on French bread.
