Provence Style Beef Daube (400g)
Daube is a Provençal speciality of beef marinated in red wine then cooked, that has been replicated all over France. This traditional dish is made with succulent morsels of beef and vegetables (potatoes, carrots, onions, celery, tomatoes, black olives, leeks and garlic) braised in Corbières wine with thyme and bay leaves.
One serving.
Potatoes, beef, red Corbières AOC wine (sulphites), water, carrots, black olives, onions, pearl onions, modified starch, salt, red wine vinegar (sulphites), tomato, celery, leek, natural flavouring (soya), sunflower oil, garlic, sugar, pepper, bay leaves, thyme.

For best results, pour into a saucepan, cover and warm on a very low heat for 7 minutes whilst stirring regularly. Alternatively, pour into a microwave-safe dish and heat on full power for 3 minutes.
