
Seaweed Tartar with Capers and Cornichons (100g)
This tartar is a subtle mix of three different seaweeds rich in vitamins and minerals, capers and cornichons. Great with smoked salmon or other fish dishes, on mini toasts, with salads, or as a dip.
Mix of 3 seaweeds (sea lettuce*, dulse**, sea spaghetti***), olive oil, capers (capers, water, vinegar, salt), pickled mini gherkins (mini gherkins, water, salt, alcohol vinegar, tarragon flavour), shallots, onions, walnut oil, garlic.
*Ulva lactuca, **Palmaria palmata, ***Himanthalia elongata
May contain traces of fish, molluscs, crustaceans, mustard, milk and milk products, sulphites, gluten.

Tip
For best results, place in the fridge before consuming on French bread or mini toasts.
