An easy way to enhance numerous dishes including salads, starters, quiches, omelettes, risotto, pasta dishes, etc. The garnish is composed of thinly sliced confit duck gésiers (gizzards), lardons (bacon pieces), thinly sliced cooked smoked ham and pine nuts. A real flavour of South West France to enhance your dishes!

Confit duck gizzards, duck fat, smoked bacon (pork), superior smoked cooked ham (pork), water, glucose syrup, natural flavourings, vegetable broth (chard, carrot), ferments, salt, pine nuts, pepper.
Heat the slightly opened can in a bain-marie for a few minutes, or pour into a saucepan or a frying pan and heat gently for 7 minutes whilst stirring regularly, then drain away the liquid. Add the remaining meat pieces and pine nuts to the dish you are preparing and enjoy!
