Thin Slices of Confit Duck Gésiers from South West France (400g)
A real taste of South West France, these finely sliced confit duck gésiers (gizzards) have the status of protected geographical indication (Indication Géographique Protégée in French)!
Fabulous in green salads, in omelettes or in a risotto, they are moist and give a wonderful sticky salty flavour to dishes.
Just heat up in a frying pan with the duck fat from the tin. Delicious!

Heat the slightly opened can in a bain-marie for a few minutes, or pour into a saucepan or frying pan and warm on a very low heat for 7 minutes whilst stirring regularly.
Add the slices of Confit Duck Gésiers to your lettuce, pasta, mashed potatoes, etc.
