Created in 1932 at the fishing port of Quiberon in Brittany, la belle-iloise is a cannery that has always put quality first in order to always improve the products for its customers. The daily production is decided in the morning according to the fish caught on the day, so that the best recipes apply to the best fish. All ingredients used are of the highest grade and carefully selected.
Tuna Mousse with Basil (60g)
A creamy mousse in which albacore tuna is mixed with fragrant, chopped basil leaves to give a superb flavour.
Tip: For best results, place in the fridge before to consume. Serve with French bread or mini toasts.
