Toulouse Sausages with Lentils (750g)
Another classic dish that has been adapted in every French region, using its local specialities. This one is a must try of South West France gastronomy. It is prepared with Toulouse sausages that are cooked with lentils, lardons, tomatoes and onions. You will not be disappointed!

Ingredients
Toulouse sausages (pork), water, lentils, pork lardons, tomato, onion, salt, duck fat, garlic, pepper. Traces of GLUTEN.
For best results, pour into a saucepan, cover and warm on a very low heat for 10 minutes whilst stirring regularly. Alternatively, pour into a microwave-safe dish and heat on full power for 5 minutes.
