DELIVERY COST

Delivery charges differ depending on the shipping address.

There are 4 delivery zones: North Berwick and Gullane, the Rest of East Lothian and Edinburgh, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man, and the Rest of the United Kingdom Mainland.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

North Berwick and Gullane

FREE delivery (usually next day delivery) when the shipping address is in North Berwick (EH39) or Gullane (EH31).

 Rest of East Lothian and Edinburgh

FREE* delivery on FRIDAY, SATURDAY, or SUNDAY, when the shipping address is in the rest of East Lothian (other than North Berwick and Gullane) or the Edinburgh area (EH1 to EH25).
*£25 minimum order

SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS / NORTHERN IRELAND / ISLE OF MAN

If you can, please phone or email us before placing your order online, to discuss delivery fees and the total price.
If you order online without contacting us first, we may contact you to add some delivery fees according to where the delivery will occur.

 

STANDARD DELIVERY

Rest of the UK Mainland

FREE delivery for orders £60 and over (usually 2-3 working days delivery)

£6.90 delivery charge for orders more than 2kg and under £60 (usually 2-3 working days delivery)

£3.90 delivery charge for orders less than 2kg and under £60 (usually 2-3 working days delivery)

EXPRESS DELIVERY

For a small extra fee, we can arrange for next-day delivery in most of the UK. Please phone or email us before placing your order to discuss delivery and the total price.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

Deliveries are to the UK only and are subject to product availability.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver outside of the UK.

It is your responsibility to ensure that there will be an appropriate person to receive the delivery and sign if needed on the day the goods arrive at the delivery address indicated when you placed your order.

In the case you do not receive some goods, or you receive incorrect goods, you will not be charged for these.

Deliveries usually take from 1 to 4 working days of your order, depending on where you live in the UK, and can take longer in exceptional circumstances.

We will not be held liable should delivery take longer than 4 working days, in any circumstance.
