Most of our truffles derived products are Tuber Melanosporum, the most revered black truffle in the world, also called the black winter truffle, the (black) Périgord truffle or the black diamond.

This variety of truffle is the best you can get in France, and comes directly from the area of production. This is the variety that gourmets and gastronomes prefer, with its powerful and complex aromas.
