La belle-iloise
Created in 1932 at the fishing port of Quiberon in Brittany, la belle-iloise is a cannery that has always put quality first in order to always improve the products for its customers. The daily production is decided in the morning according to the fish caught on the day, so that the best recipes apply to the best fish. All ingredients used are of the highest grade and carefully selected.
Lobster Bisque (400g)
This lobster bisque recipe has been carefully developed for two years to find the perfect balance of tastes, and is a gourmet’s delight! You can add a few fine herbs such as chives or chervil before serving.

IngredientsWater, lobster meat (crustaceans), cream (milk), white wine (sulphites), extra virgin olive oil, tomato purée, carrots, onions, langoustine extract (crustaceans) (sulphites), cognac, cassava modified starch, leeks, salt, potato starch, sugar, yeast extract, lobster (crustaceans) natural flavour, garlic, xanthan gum, spices incl. curry, flavouring.
How to prepare
For best results, pour into a saucepan, cover, and warm on a low heat until it simmers but does not boil. Alternatively, pour into a microwave-safe dish and heat for 2 min 30 sec at 600W. This bisque can also be used as a sauce.
Tip: You can also use this bisque as a sauce for your fish or shellfish dishes, or it can be added to a risotto. Alternatively, add cooked pasta for example spaghetti, or tagliatelle, and have it as a main meal.
