Pork from France*, sea salt, skimmed milk powder, lactose, dextrose, spices and aromatic plants, saltpetre, flavourings, ferments, pork natural casing.

Tip
Eat as a snack, during an aperitif, or simply with bread and butter.
The skin is edible, but about 50% of people prefer to remove it before eating.
