Duck Confit 2/3 Thighs (800g)
This Duck Confit uses the thighs which are cooked in the traditional method. The Duck Confit is wonderfully tender and melts in the mouth. It has won the prestigious Saveur de l’Année (flavour of the year) 8 times. Serve with sliced potatoes cooked in the duck fat until golden brown, or with lingot beans or lentils, for an absolutely delicious meal.
Two or three servings.

For best results, place the duck thighs skin side (skin underneath) in a pan and warm up gently for around 20 minutes, then turn the thighs over and leave to cook for about 5 more minutes. Alternatively, can be cooked skin side down in a 180⁰C oven for around 25 minutes.
