These award-winning rillettes are all about the lovely taste of duck, and have been made in the southwest of France.
Slow-cooked for hours, they are tender and easy to spread and can be used as a sandwich filler for you to enjoy anywhere and at any time.
This product has won the Silver medal at the Concours General Agricole in Paris in 2012.
