Bœuf Bourguignon (420g)
An iconic French main meal from the Burgundy area of France. The beef is cooked slowly in red wine with a garnish of potatoes, carrots, mushrooms and herbs.
Potatoes, beef, water, carrots, mushrooms, red Corbières AOC wine (sulphites), modified starch, tomato, salt, garlic, natural flavourings, caramel, pepper, bay leaves, thyme.
For best results, pour into a saucepan, cover and warm on a very low heat for 7 minutes whilst stirring regularly. Alternatively, pour into a microwave-safe dish and heat on full power for 3 minutes.
