Created in 1932 at the fishing port of Quiberon in Brittany, la belle-iloise is a cannery that has always put quality first in order to always improve the products for its customers. The daily production is decided in the morning according to the fish caught on the day, so that the best recipes apply to the best fish. All ingredients used are of the highest grade and carefully selected.
Fish Soup (400g)
Water, fish, tomato purée, potato starch, salt, yeast extract, natural flavourings, spices and herbs.
Pour into a saucepan, add water (volume equivalent of 2/3 of the tin), cover and heat quickly without boiling, and serve whilst piping hot. Add some grated cheese, crispy croutons and / or mini toasts and crème fraiche and / or rouille to your liking.
Tip: You can also use this soup as a sauce (with or without the addition of water) for your fish dishes, or it can be added to a risotto. Alternatively, add cooked pasta for example spaghetti, or tagliatelle, and have it as a main meal.
