Pork Cassoulet (840g)
The only meat used in this delicious cassoulet is pork: cuts selected for their tenderness and Toulouse sausages with melt-in-the-mouth lingot beans, all cooked with duck fat.
No Additives, No Preservatives, Only Natural Ingredients.
For best results, pour the contents into an oven dish and put in the oven until golden brown (30 minutes at 180⁰C). Alternatively, pour into a saucepan and warm on a low heat for 10 minutes whilst stirring regularly.
