Rouille with Garlic and Chilli Pepper (80g)
Rouille is a spicy saffron mayonnaise and is usually eaten with bisques and fish soups, like bouillabaisse. It can, however, also be eaten with white fish, or simply spread on toast. This rouille contains extra virgin olive oil, garlic and a hint of chilli pepper.
Sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, water, garlic, egg yolk, alcohol vinegar, tomato purée, red chillies, salt, spices, egg white, thickener: xanthan gum.
