Created in 1932 at the fishing port of Quiberon in Brittany, la belle-iloise is a cannery that has always put quality first in order to always improve the products for its customers. The daily production is decided in the morning according to the fish caught on the day, so that the best recipes apply to the best fish. All ingredients used are of the highest grade and carefully selected.
Sardine Spread with Whisky (60g)
Fried sardines are skinned and deboned, and only the flesh is utilised to obtain a wonderful texture that is mixed with cream and whisky. An utterly delicious combination that has been enjoyed since 1968. Simply spread on toast and enjoy.
