This scrumptious and refreshing artichoke spread made with artichoke hearts with its complementary artichoke cream. Of course, it is also cleverly balanced with extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, basil and a hint of garlic to ensure the best combinations of flavours. It is wonderful as bruschetta, with pasta, your favourite bread, breadsticks or French toast. The artichoke spread is made in Provence.
