You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To start a return, please email us at contact@delifrancais.co.uk with your order number.

Items must be returned within 14 days of telling us you want to return them.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for return postage costs.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

If you return your full order, we will also refund the standard delivery cost.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email us as soon as possible at contact@delifrancais.co.uk

You are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

We will cover the return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items.
