Duck Confit 2 Thighs (800g)
This Duck Confit thighs come from ducks bred on the farm and are cooked using the traditional method. This Duck Confit is wonderfully tender and melts in the mouth.
Serve with sliced potatoes cooked in the duck fat until golden brown, or with lingot beans or lentils, for an absolutely delicious meal.

How to prepare
For best results, place the duck thighs skin side (skin underneath) in a pan and warm up gently for around 20 minutes, then turn the thighs over and leave to cook for about 5 more minutes. Alternatively, can be cooked skin side down in a 180⁰C oven for around 25 minutes.
