A lovely farmhouse pâté made in the traditional way with added shallots for a sweeter taste. To be enjoyed on toast or French bread with cornichons (French pickled mini gherkins), and maybe a glass of wine?

Pork meat and fat from France, pork liver from France, poultry liver from France, shallots (7%), salt from Salies de Béarn, garlic, pepper, Espelette chilli pepper (0.2%).
Tip
For best results, place in the fridge before consuming. Serve with your favourite bread or French toasts.
