These delicious rillettes are made with freshly caught langoustines, to which are added Cocoa nibs and a hint of Yuzu, for a subtle yet very luxurious taste. A real treat!

Langoustines (crustaceans), crème fraîche (milk), white fish fillet(fish), cocoa nibs, yuzu, salt, pepper, gelling agent: agar agar.
