Pork rillettes have been made in the west of France since the 15th century, with pure pork slow-cooked until wonderfully tender. Other rillettes have been created later using other meat or seafood.
These duck rillettes have been made in the farm where the ducks have been bred. A producer that has received more than 60 medals from the most prestigious competition held in France (Concours Général Agricole in Paris) , showing their expertise that has been perpetuated for 4 generations.
Slow cooked for hours, they are tender and easy to spread and can be used as a sandwich filler for you to enjoy anywhere and at any time.
