Created in 1932 at the fishing port of Quiberon in Brittany, la belle-iloise is a cannery that has always put quality first in order to always improve the products for its customers. The daily production is decided in the morning according to the fish caught on the day, so that the best recipes apply to the best fish. All ingredients used are of the highest grade and carefully selected.
Lobster Mousse with Cognac (60g)
The exceptionally light texture of this mousse emphasises its delicate character, with a hint of cognac to underscore the lobster flavour and add richness.
Lobster (crustaceans), fish, water, egg yolk, sunflower oil, shrimp (crustaceans), extra virgin olive oil, carrots, cream (milk), cassava starch, tomato purée, cognac, yeast extract, alcohol vinegar, thickener: guar flour, herbs, salt, spice.
Tip: For best results, place in the fridge before to consume. Serve with French bread or mini toasts.
