Rouille (90g)
Rouille is a spicy saffron mayonnaise and is usually eaten with bisques and fish soups, like bouillabaisse. It can, however, also be eaten with white fish, or simply spread on toast. This one is the best that we have tasted in a jar, and is made in Provence.
